However, if you have a Marketopia Contract, you're required to adhere to the contract terms. Billing is not prorated, and depending on your plan term, you will be charged for the entire month or year.
We provide a monthly Usage Bank Amount tailored to your chosen subscription plan:

This inclusive monthly budget caters to each client's needs. In the event of an overage, any additional charges are billed to your credit card. Please note that unused amounts do not carry over.

Making Calls: $0.042 per minute
Receiving Calls: $0.0255 per minute
Texting: $0.0237 per segment, plus US Government Setup and Usage Fees

Premium Triggers & Actions: $.03/action
Conversation AI: $.15/message
Content AI: $.27/1000 words
Image: $.18/image
Workflow AI: $.09/workflow.
Please note that prices are subject to change. Clients using Marketopia for tele lead generation do not pay for the cost of our tele team's usage.
Marketing Concierge services, included in the Done with You and Done for You plans, are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST/GMT.
